People don’t understand that God can use anyone He wants to, to give an accurate prophetic word! Even hell-bound people. God can use a son of sin to speak his oracles. When He couldn’t find a prophet in the land, He used a donkey. I see many donkeys being used by God all over the world right now, but does a donkey automatically have salvation because it was used by God? No!
Just like a rag, God wipes down counters with it and throws it away. It was used, yet the vessel itself didn’t carry the value that those who are stamped with His name have! I see donkeys in the church, politics, sports, every place in life God is using them. The Lord has need of these donkeys, yet they will return back to the wilderness or in someone’s barn where they were found when they are done being “used” for their need.
“Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?” Matthew 7:22
Many will be called to perform healings and even cast out demons! Do wonders in the earth! Accurately give prophecy and have dreams from heaven. Maybe even set nations free! Yet just like it says later in the following scriptures, “Depart from me, you did not know me”.
This Christian life is more than our gifts and the mighty things we perform in God’s name. This is about knowing Him. It says eternal life is to “know Him!” Many people don’t know Him but are being used by Him mightily!
This is a scary thought. I’m not impressed with myself when God uses me. Even dreams, visions, signs and wonders don’t have a big impression on me like it use to. What has an impression on me is when someone can speak and LIVE from the heart of the Father each and every single day. Those who live like that show they know Him because they obey Him.
So yes! Listen to the donkey speak! But after, remember it’s a donkey. Don’t worship it! Worship God. God is even using atheist lawyers in this day to bring justice to the lands and decree against evil.
Even the unbelievers will cry out Jesus is Lord. Many ministers and people in the world are being used by God amazingly in this day, speaking the word of the hour. Yet there will come a day that God will even expose them if they do not repent. After the donkey is done being used, it will return where it came from, back to its vomit, and everyone will see where its real place of dwelling is.
Yet the household of David will take over as the mouthpieces in their time. As the Saul’s disappear from the scene, the David’s will arise. As The dark heart of Saul was being exposed and the anointing gradually lifted off of him, so will it be for some as the David’s rise as the new kings of the church, as the new mouthpieces and leaders of the body worldwide. And they will increase in the anointing like never before just as David did after Saul’s days.
Those that carry the heart of David will be exposed, yet in a good way. They will be exposed as the light that everybody saw as darkness. The candle that was hidden under a bushel. These are the underground ones, who will come to the surface and release the glory that God has been storing up in them.
Wake up, many are worshipping gifts. When we worship gifts, we end up worshipping men. And when we worship men, we miss they glory of our father.
“Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a donkey tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither. And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.” Luke 19:30-31
Bring the donkeys, the Lord has need of them. Yet there is a remnant that is rising up that will speak the word of the Lord, and they will be more than just donkeys...
