Diversion Is Divination

DIVERSION- An instance of turning something aside from its course; rerouting, redirection, deflection, deviation, divergence; something intended to distract someone's attention from something more important.

THIS IS A SPIRIT, A FORM OF DIVINATION

Acts 16:16-18: Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High  God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” She kept this up for many days.Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!’" At that moment the spirit left her. This woman had a hidden agenda. She was trying to divert Paul for her own agenda to protect her fortune telling. If people converted to Christ in that region, she would be out of business.

This woman had the heart of covering up and protecting her dark ways. The Divination was her using the truth with the wrong motives. So she comes to Paul with a diversion using truth. The Diversion was getting them focused off herself and the works that she was doing to distract them from what was really going on in her and in the region.

A spirit was trying to keep him away from delivering that woman. It was a spirit after Paul to get him misfocused from the task for that region. It was a spirit to dim Paul’s discernment. It was a spirit trying to keep him from exposing darkness in that region.This spirit is in the church, trying to divert the Truth from being preached in the house of God by working with a divination spirit to sound like God, to bring the enemy’s agenda clothed with words from God, though it’s out to take the church in another direction. The enemy uses this spirit to work with other spirits so that it can keep the congregations of God bound by the kingdom of darkness. This is the enemy’s tactic to use this spirit of diversion to get the church off the foundation of truth that sets us free.

Diverter or Converter

Are you going to convert to the truth or are you going to divert the truth?

Many people don't like the truth so they try to redirect, refocus, deflect, or change the conversation. When we are moving in this spirit of diversion in the church, we will never let the truth cut to the core of what it’s aiming for. We will let the sword of truth come in and cut, but we let it cut off other stuff that is not even the issue or the central issue of what God is trying to focus on, or we let it cut something that's not even there.

People with a spirit of diversion, will always have an excuse, but it’s all to ignore the deeper truth about themselves. Or they will turn the truth on you and say, “Oh, but you, too, brother. You need to check yourself, too. It’s all of us, not just me.” This spirit guards darkness within us so that the light won’t come in and penetrate. People like this will come into church with a big smile on their faces, but there is another face on their heart. This is a spirit that hides, shows lack of transparency, and puts on a mask, all so that the person can hide their real self. It is a transparency killer. It creates a whole other person on the outside and puts a lid or curtain on the inside.

They speak nice pleasant words. The even pray, preach, sing, dance, but everything or some of the things they do, are just fig trees so no one can see their real selves, so no one will ask what’s up with them or correct or rebuke them, but really they are missing out on their own freedom. At the end of the day, it’s PRIDE!!

They will be commenting, sharing, and posting on your page, but it carries no weight, and they are doing it to please you and divert you so that your eyes are off them. This is the sin of witchcraft. This is a form of divination! Even using emotions or crying so people can get focused off what God has you reproaching in them is witchcraft, and it is a diversion. All so you can feel bad for them or see another person in them that's not actually there. And then you end up putting padding on your sword and sugar on the word and the work never gets done. They will try to flatter or say nice things, but really that spirit of diversion is trying to dull your discernment so that you cannot see the other spirits or hidden things operating.   

Jezebel flatters you so that she can fulfill her agenda; the spirit of diversion will flatter you so that it can hide the real you. Or on Facebook, they post a bunch of scriptures or just post something that's not anointed just so no one will wonder about them. Or they go post on your post and comment or share everything so they make you think they are engaged or that nothing is wrong with them, but you start to notice that it’s all to divert you from correcting them or reproaching them.

They will try to talk and talk and talk to you about anything and everything, but they are using it as a cover up. They are showing who they are and what they are in their own eyes, but really God sees someone else in there, and He wants that someone else, that real person, to come out so that the blood can wash the deep insides away! Really when people do this, they are doing it to God. YES, they are trying to divert God. Because God put his body in place to operate and clean the insides and outsides of each member, but you’re running by diverting and you’re rejecting God’s people and God’s gifts to the body. You are rejecting God himself! If God sends someone to you to help you and speak a word to you, and you reject it or divert it, you are doing it to GOD because it came from God’s heart, and you reject and divert God’s heart.

Even Adam and Eve tried to divert GOD!!!

"I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid." Genesis 3:10

Your diversion is just a bunch of fig leaves, but God’s apostolic people will not have it. They will shake up those fig leaves, or they will burn them up. When people move in this spirit, they are really just hiding from God. Over time, the grace of his patience becomes frustrated. He will just hide from you and pass you by, and you will say, “Oh, God, where are you,” and you will seek but you will not find. Because he wants the real you to speak to Him, the one without fig leaves.

Some of us are seeking, seeking, seeking, saying, “God, where are you at, I'm seeking,” but when God shows up right in front of our face, we reject and divert Him because we are waiting for another Jesus to come – the one that isn't going to pull out the carnal man inside of us.

People with this spirit tend to struggle with the same things over and over again, producing the same fruits over and over, wondering how is this so? They don't understand that they need to stop deflecting God when he comes to take a sword to our flesh, because He is pulling out roots! When He pulls out the roots, the others things we are struggling with, the bad fruit, falls off our life for good.

Diverting spirits always deal with sin to a carnal level but never deal with sin how God sees it: the ones that are in the heart. “Oh, well, Sally does this and she needs to stop doing that,” but really, it’s something deeper.

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE HEART! PEOPLE LIKE THIS WILL ALWAYS LOOK AT THE OUTSIDE, THE FLESH OF IT, BUT NEVER LOOK AT THE HEART OF THINGS!

Many people will try to divert God or others by using their works to justify themselves before all.

Your works of ministry don't prove your sonship.

Your character doesn’t prove your sonship.

Your actions don't necessarily prove your sonship.

These things may indicate who you are, but false prophets and wolves can put on the same show!

The Remnant will know who each other are and where each other are spiritually by the Spirit. Just because we see someone who we call brother or sister preach amazing truth, teach deep revelations, or cast out demons does not solidify them as of God or as a brother or sister.

What solidifies and justifies is the Spirit of God that bears witness with our spirit, by the knowing within us from the Spirit of knowing the Spirit that knows all things. It shall bear witness who is the son or daughter of GOD through our relationship and oneness with God which is the key to know who is one and in relationship with GOD.

This is why we need to walk in the full counsel of truth because when we walk in the full counsel of truth, we walk in the fullness of the Spirit, and when we walk in the fullness of the Spirit, our discernment, knowing, sight and hearing in the Spirit are sharper than any two-edged sword.

This spirit distracts you from seeing and hearing in the Spirit so then you can see and hear in the flesh. Everything is not what it seems.

There is a greater realm, a more real realm, Real Reality, which is called the spiritual realm. We are spiritual beings, and we need to remember that there is a need to live by the Spirit and by the reality that is in the spiritual realm. When we are focused on how everything seems and not what it is in the Spirit, we are going by the flesh, and we are walking by the flesh and not the Spirit. Through the Spirit of God, we are able to have access to see into spiritual reality.

WE REGARD NO ONE BY WHAT WE SEE OR HEAR

- not by facial expressions

- not by enticing words

- not by actions

But by the spirit, by the all knowing Spirit of God!

If we want to beat this spirit or any spirit, we need to go past that skin and bones smiling back at us!!! We need to hear, feel, see and know spiritually with the eyes of our hearts what is actually happening and occurring. That person could be crying on the outside but be smiling on the inside. They could be smiling on the outside but crying on the outside. Dancing and singing with joy on the outside but broken and angry on the inside!

Spiritual people see everything spiritually. They see the deeper things that carnal eyes and carnal minds cannot see.

Go by how things seem and the devil will make you see how he wants you to see. He will throw diversions at you all day and then all of a sudden your whole life is diverted, and you become a diverter with the rest of them, being spiritually blinded with the rest of the world. You want to beat this spirit? You need to be in the Spirit.

WALK BY THE SPIRIT AND YOU WILL NOT GRATIFY YOUR FLESH OR TOLERATE THE DESIRES OF OTHER’S FLESH!

Some of us are diverting ourselves. The conviction of the Holy Spirit comes or even condemnation comes to get us back on track, and we divert it and fight it. We deflect it. We reject it. God convicts us in our hearts or our thoughts, and we divert to the fact that we do this and we do that. That we don't do that or we don't do this. We try to think better thoughts, though we are really just diverting ourselves and rejecting GOD!

We need to trust in Him when he convicts us or we fall into condemnation, or else we are living by our own righteousness and not the righteousness of Christ.

When we live by what we want to see as right before God, we are living by our own righteousness. When we live by what is right and what is not, by the Holy Spirit of conviction, we are living by the righteousness of Christ. There is no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, but when we come out of the Truth, we are coming out of Christ, and when we come out of Christ, we go into condemnation.

Some of us have condemnation in areas of our lives, but we keep trying to cast it down or ignore it, but we are really ignoring the very thing that is there to bring us back into Christ.  

DON’T DIVERT THE TRUTH OR ELSE YOU ARE DIVERTING YOURSELF!

GOD WILL DESTROY THE SPIRIT OF DIVINATION AND ALL ITS DIVERSIONS!

Pick up your bed and walk past this spirit today!!!
